Our licensed professional counselors can assist with assessment,
planning, referral and resources for employees with needs ranging
from work-place issues to stress management interventions. Busy
employees can access a variety of information and resources by
accessing our website. In addition, individual consultation
appointments can be scheduled and services can be delivered by
telephone or video conferencing.

Management Consultation
Consultation is available to employers with employees having job
performance, behavior and attendance problems. Training is provided
to assist supervisors to identify and refer these employees for
improved productivity.

Organizational Consultation
Organizational consultation often takes place in conjunction with
management consultation, expanding provision of information and
support beyond specific incidents to the larger workplace context.
Activities range from team building, conflict resolution, prevention of
sexual harassment, and stress management to work-place violence,
attaining a drug-free environment, and managing organizational
change. Workshops are provided for and tailored to organizational
and personal issues.
