Dr. Tran received his MD from The University of Texas Medical
Branch at Galveston. He is board-certified in both Adult and
Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. Practice expertise includes
diagnosis and management of ADHD, anxiety, depression, and
severe mental illness.

Dr. Neaves earned his medical degree in 1950 from Nuevo Leon
University in Monterrey, Mexico. He did an internship at St.
Luke's Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and completed his
residency at Milwaukee Psychiatric Hospital. He was an
assistant clinical professor for the Medical College of Wisconsin,
training and supervising psychiatric residents. Dr. Neaves has
worked as director and in leadership positions with a number of
organizations and treatment programs.
